By signing this Agreement, Client agrees to the following terms and conditions: *

If I choose Option 1, I will pay $310 (Initial Fee $97.50 + $212.50 = $310) during the training day. Then I'll pay $212.50/week for 2 weeks.

If I choose Option 2, I will pay $310 (Initial Fee $168.4 + $141.60 = $310) during the training day. Then I'll pay $141.60/week for 3 weeks.
